Shipping
- All orders ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Free shipping on all orders of $99 or more in the US!
- We currently use UPS and USPS for shipments, tracking will be e-mailed as soon as the order ships, and your package should arrive in 3-5 business days!
- All shipments to APO and FPO addresses will be sent via USPS.
- If an order doesn't qualify for free shipping, the flat shipping rate is $6.
Return Policy
- Sometimes life happens and you need to make a return, no worries!
- You can initiate a return within 10 days of receiving your order. To get started just send us an e-mail to info@banditknives.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- If the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item we will send over a return label free of charge, otherwise you will be responsible for return shipping.
- Items must be returned unused and in new condition. Items showing wear, damage, disassembly, or modification in any way are ineligible for return.
- Items must be returned with all original boxes, packaging, paperwork, etc. in good condition. Do not tape, write on, or place shipping labels directly on the product box or the return will be denied.
- Once the return has been received we can process your choice of refund to original payment method, store credit, or an exchange.
